Administration
TDC offers the complete range of scheme administration services required by the trustees of occupational pension schemes. In addition to ongoing member and scheme data management, we provide management of scheme bank accounts, pension payroll services and preparation of year-end scheme accounts.
Our extensive procedures and experienced staff combine to ensure the efficiency and quality of all scheme outputs and the project management role we provide gives our clients the comfort of knowing that agreed timescales and statutory deadlines will be met.
Actuarial
In addition to maintenance of all aspects of the Scheme Actuary appointment, we provide our clients with a range of ongoing actuarial services including review and calculation of actuarial factors, calculation of cash equivalent transfer values and production of FRS17 disclosures for company accounts.
We provide full project management of the triennial valuation process and deliver valuation results in ‘plain English' to support the increased responsibilities of the trustees and assist their understanding.

Consultancy
We provide our clients with relevant and informative consultancy advice through a number of avenues. In addition to our regular contact with clients at formal and informal meetings, TDC provides ongoing regular monthly updates on current pensions issues in our Mid Month Update. We also provide more detailed information on particular topics in our Technical Notes.
In addition to the above services to trustees, we provide support to the sponsoring employers of pension schemes, including advice on the impact of merger and acquisition activity and liability reduction exercises.
