On the 15th of each month, we produce the Mid Month Update, a summary of the latest developments affecting the provision of pension scheme benefits. The Mid Month Update contains brief information on pensions issues that were announced, published or argued about in the previous month and which are relevant to companies and trustees managing occupational pension schemes. Each item is categorised under one of three general areas: Scheme Administration, Actuarial or Consultancy.

On our Key Dates page we provide a summary of the timescales for new or changing legislation impacting on occupational pension schemes. We also include the deadlines for submission of certain information by trustees to the Pensions Regulator (tPR) or the Pension Protection Fund (PPF). This set of dates can assist trustees to comply with relevant reporting requirements.
